To archive an evidence request (or any task), navigate to the task list. From there, select the tasks you wish to archive using the check marks on the left-hand side, and then click Archive. 

Hi @Amanda at ZenGRC I don’t see the archive button when I open the data request through the audits page or even when I open it from my tasks. Is there a way I can see it or any other way to delete the data request? It was part of the initial audit requests and after discussing with the auditors it’s not required anymore.

Apologies @Amanda at ZenGRC now I can see it, thanks, this is really helpful. Is there a way if I want to see the archived data requests in the future? Is there an option to un-archive if I need to?

@elsaady currently, no. However, I know we are currently building an interface to view and restore all archived objects. I’ve seen bits and pieces demoed, so I know they are hard at work trying to get this functionality a part of the platform.
