I am wondering if I can grant read-only access to specific Issues within an Audit. Not the entire Audit, but just specific issues. The use case would be for someone who needs to have awareness about specific Issues.

Individual Issue View (Can I change the arrangement of the Details tab)

Is it possible to change the arrangement of the items in the Details tab of an individual Issue? In other words, when I look at an individual Issue and navigate to the Details tab there are spots for items such as Code, Owner, Reference URL, etc. Can I rearrange these to put the items most relevant to my org at the top? Thanks in advance!

Has anyone had success using Looker to create Dashboards / Reporting for ZenGRC data, similar to how Tableau is used? The current Looker connector only allows for pulling data from Looker into ZenGRC. Any tips on creating this integration would be much appreciated.

I understand that only the Admin and Editor access levels allow a user to access questionnaire templates… However, is it possible to restrict a user’s access to a specific questionnaire template? I’m interested in restricting a specific user with Editor access to access/edit only a subset of all available questionnaire templates in our ZenGRC instance. Thanks!

Interface for Adding Conditional Questions Does Not Match Knowledge Base

I am trying to add a conditional question in a ROAR questionnaire. In Zen, the instructions for doing this were clear, logical and easy to follow. However, in the ROAR knowledge base, the instructions for creating a conditional question do not reflect the options available in the questionnaire. Has anyone else had this issue? Am I missing something?Thanks!

Permissions for filters in SOR list view

Context: I have a user whose global permissions are contributor, but have editor roles for particular programs. When this user uses the SOR list views, they can see all the program objects for their assigned program, but when they attempt to filter by “owner” or “tag”, the option list does not populate.Example: While working within a project, this user should be able to see all the controls owned by a particular person (all controls are owned by a group, and the person is a part of specific groups). When they try to filter by a particular person, the drop down list of owners is entirely blank. When I try to filter by this same person, I have all persons and groups listed. My colleague, who is a global editor, sees what I see.

ZenGRC Self-Assessment Based on ISO 27001/2

Good morning! I would like to trigger an annual high-level self-assessment of the SCF (based on the ISO 27001 / 2 framework) out to several sub-companies within our parent company. Would it be best to leverage the Questionnaire module within ZenGRC or an Audit? I would like to be able to compare year to year responses by sub-company. I was also wondering if there is a template questionnaire available for the ISO Program.

Risk Register Questionnaire

I have a questionnaire template that will be used to send out to request a Risk Acceptance to an item on the Risk Register. I have a few questions/concerns on how this is implemented within ZenGRC. When requesting the questionnaire to be filled out an email gets sent to the user and no where in the email nor on the questionnaire does it state what risk the form is for. When the form gets mapped to the risk it grabs the name of the questionnaire template in this case (Risk Acceptance Request Form) this isn’t awful but would love a way to adjust that. There is a spot when sending the questionnaire to include a title/subject I can’t find where that is inserted into the process at all. Filling out that line doesn’t add it into the subject line of the email as the name would suggest, nor does it change the title of the form for the user when filling it out. What is this field for?!

Hello - I was evaluating setting up the ZenGRC to ServiceNow connector per the documentation here - . About halfway down the page it says to download the XML (config) file and import it into ServiceNow but the link is broken. Does anyone happen to have this XML file available or know how I can get it?
