Is it possible to change the arrangement of the items in the Details tab of an individual Issue? In other words, when I look at an individual Issue and navigate to the Details tab there are spots for items such as Code, Owner, Reference URL, etc. Can I rearrange these to put the items most relevant to my org at the top?

Hello @James-Jewittt - thanks for your question!

You are able to change the arrangement in the object list view, however you are not able to change the arrangement in the object detail page. 

 

To adjust the object’s list view, click on the gear icon at the top right corner. From there, you can select checkboxes and drag and drop to arrange the visible columns.
