General Questions About the Rebranding 

  1. Why is RiskOptics changing its name to ZenGRC? 

As part of our ongoing commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction, we are rebranding our company from RiskOptics to ZenGRC. This change reflects our dedication to the ZenGRC product you know and love, and our commitment to its future.  

This change is simply a change in name – we remain committed to ZenGRC, investing in its functionality, and continuing to build the functionality of ROAR, now known as ZenGRC Pro. 

  1. What is the reason behind renaming ROAR to ZenGRC Pro? 

ZenGRC Pro is the new name of the ROAR Platform – all functionality remains the same. By renaming it ZenGRC Pro, we are aligning it more closely with our primary product, making it clear that it is an advanced, streamlined experience. 

  1. How will this rebranding affect the company's mission? 

Our mission remains unchanged- to provide simply powerful GRC solutions that streamline processes and enhance compliance and risk management strategies. 

  1. Is there any change in the ownership or management of the company due to this rebranding? 

No, there are no changes in the ownership or management of the company due to this rebranding. Our leadership team remains dedicated to guiding the company. 

  1. When will the rebranding take effect? 

The rebranding takes effect immediately. From today onwards, we will operate under the name ZenGRC. 

 

Impact on Products 

  1. Is ZenGRC Pro a brand-new product? 

No, ZenGRC Pro = The ROAR Platform. The functionality of ROAR remains the same – we are simply aligning the name of the solution to the ZenGRC brand. 

We continue to offer only our two solutions: ZenGRC and ZenGRC Pro (formerly ROAR). 

  1. Will there be any changes to the features and functionalities of ZenGRC and ZenGRC Pro? 

Both products will continue to receive updates and improvements to meet the evolving needs of our customers.  

  1. How will the rebranding affect the current product roadmap and future updates? 

The rebranding will not affect our current product roadmap. Our development teams remain committed to our planned updates and innovations for both ZenGRC and ZenGRC Pro. 

  1. Will the pricing structure of ZenGRC and ZenGRC Pro change after the rebranding? 

There are no immediate plans to change the pricing structure of ZenGRC and ZenGRC Pro as a result of the rebranding. 

 

Contracts and Agreements 

  1. Will my existing contract and agreements need to be updated to reflect the new company name? 

No, they do not need to be updated. Contracts and agreements with previous company names remain legal. 

  1. What should customers do if they need to update their internal records with the new company name? 

We will send all customers an updated W9 with our new name and same EIN. If you need any additional information, please reach out to ar@zengrc.com. 

  1. Will there be any impact on current service level agreements (SLAs)? 

There will be no impact on current service level agreements (SLAs). Our commitment to providing high-quality service remains unchanged. 

 

Customer Experience and Support 

  1. Will the rebranding impact customer support? 

No, our commitment to exceptional customer support remains unchanged. You will continue to have access to your Customer Success Manager and our Customer Support team.  

  1. Will there be any changes to the existing customer support contacts and processes? 

No, customers can continue to reach out to our support team via the support email address: support@riskoptics.com. 

 

Branding and Communication 

  1. How will the rebranding affect your branding and marketing materials? 

All branding and marketing materials will be updated to reflect our new name, ZenGRC. This includes our website, customer portals, and all external communications. 

As we work through updating all our resources, you may still see mentions of RiskOptics and ROAR. 

  1. Will there be changes to the company website and customer portals? 

Yes, the company website and customer portals will be updated to reflect our new branding. However, these changes will not impact the functionalities and resources our customers rely on. You will still be able to access our website and Community via the original urls – we have created a redirect to our new urls.

Data Security and Compliance 

  1. Will there be any changes to data security and compliance policies with the rebranding? 

No, our data security and compliance policies will not change due to the rebranding. Our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of security and compliance remains steadfast. 

  1. How will the rebranding affect ongoing compliance certifications and audits? 

The rebranding will not affect our ongoing compliance certifications and audits. We will continue to uphold our commitments and maintain our certifications under the new company name.

  1. What are the long-term goals of the company following the rebranding? 

Our long-term goals remain focused on innovation, customer satisfaction, and leadership in the GRC space. We aim to continue developing and providing simply powerful GRC.
